Shimano rod
I think thw rod is great it was bigger than what I anticipated meaning it just seemed like a sturdier rod but its very flexible...I will say im having trouble casting with on lighter lures but it could also be my reel and of course there is operator error always in play so all those things come into account..its my first 7ft pole om still getting used to it regardless of everything I think its a great buy I love it and the customer service alone is worth it thank you tackle haven

I have not had a chance to use the rod but 5 ft 2 piece fiberglass rod are next to impossible to find and this one seems to have the feel of the rod I lost.

I paired the rod with a Shimano IX-2000R. Excellent rod for the price and shipped quickly. Pleased with the purchase.

Shimano FXS-C2 2 piece spinning rod
This is a fantastic little rod and bargain for the money. Lost one into the drink while loading a boat, and was so happy to find the updated version available that I bought 3! (6', 6-1/2', and 7') And Phil at Tackle Haven was very knowledgeable and helpful finding them. 5 Stars!

Great rod
5'6" with a backbone is a crazy find for such a low price. I really dig it paired with an ix1000
