Okuma Celilo 7' Ultralight Spinning Rod
I had purchased a shorter Celilo Ultralight for trout fishing up in New York State and love it. Since my saltwater rods are heavy, I needed a rod with faster action for shore fishing here in Florida. This rod lets me chuck my spoons and cranks so much farther than my other rods. With the Celilo's Light power rating, landing snook is more difficult but WAY more fun!!

Awesome Trout Rod
I purchased this as a trout/steelhead rod for Great Lakes tributary fishing. What an awesome fishing pole! The action allowed me to cast my lightweight lures farther than any other rod I've used. And - the backbone supported landing some monster 7-lb+ trout and steelies. I am buying another one of these for my saltwater fishing.

celilo 6'6"
This is my first ultralight rod and I am loving it. I paired it with a Ceymar reel, now I'm casting 1/64 oz mule jigs like a dream!

Spinning Rod
I had such a good transaction with my very first order that I ordered again the same week. My rod was shipped the same day, it arrived earlier than expected, it was packaged in a way to reduce damage, and it was exactly as described. I was sent tracking notices so I knew where my product was in transit. I used this company twice and will again in the future. Great job Tackle Haven!

Best ultra lite rod there is.
Seriously the best ultra lite rod there is. Is it the highest quality? No not really, is it carbon? Nope. Is it the fanciest? Sure isn’t. But it’s a damn fishing rod. It’s by far the best mix of cheapest you can find and most sensitive while still being strong and durable for long casts. You feel every little thing with this rod and fosh feel 10# bigger. You feel bottom every time you drag across something. You feel every single bite, it’s fun for everything but I use it for trout mainly with all different types of set ups. Got this after watching the addicted fishing guys. Can’t recommend thing enough. I have two different sizes. May just buy them all. You can buy 2-3 for the price of one comparable fenwick etc. just buy it.

Great rod
Purchased the ultralight 4’6, came very well packaged with no defects. First day out I caught about 6 nice size trout and the following day I hooked into 29 trout with no issues and held up great even when hooked up to 18” trout. Only downfall I seen was the time it took to get to me which was about 3 weeks and the tip is a little more sturdy than i would have liked for things like jigging but overall still a great rod would definitely purchase another.

Great rod, great price!!
I took this rod out yesterday paired with a Penn Battle III 1000. It got a good workout as I caught 225 crappie in an 8 hour fishing trip. I usually pair my Penn with a Daiwa Presso. Even though the Presso is my favorite UL rod, I can highly recommend the Celilo. For the price, I don’t think it can be beat.
