This steel by Victorinox features a fine cut texture that runs the length of the solid core sharpening steel. A durable nylon plastic handle includes hang ring. The steel has small, fine ridges down its length to assist in developing an edge during steeling. Popular 10" length works well with knife blades up to 8".
